The apartments are a little dated but they are huge! The property manager is super nice and helps in any way possible. The maintenance guy is also nice. He makes sure that I understand what he did when he completes my work order. I recommend living here if you are a Grad student or work at the hospital. There is a bus stop right across the street. Staff goes over and beyond. I love calling the Chateau home!

Very nice calm, cool collection of apartments, and residents range from various groups from college students to young adults! Office staff are very responsive and care about the residents! Easy access to downtown Carrboro and UNC Chapel Hill campus, and two grocery stores and shopping centers nearby with bus accessibility!
